| As the number of spawns increased and members of NICO grew inactive, the Upper Layer of the PATH was expanded by other players, mainly [[Pinkyxpert|Pinkyxpert]], to continue connecting each spawn. | The creation of a New PATH was spearheaded by [[CrazyBandit|CrazyBandit]], who wanted to give players a nicer-looking PATH. Beginning with the construction of the New PATH Hub, built by CrazyBandit with the help of [[ZRay0823|ZRay0823]], [[TOBIstupid|TOBIstupid]], and Pinkyxpert. The New PATH is located directly above the Old PATH and Nether Market, and is accessible from the Upper Layer, initially through scaffolding, and now from a minecart elevator.
